Multimodal brain cancer research relies on diverse molecular technologies to investigate tumor heterogeneity, treatment response and disease progression. The talk will provide an overview of the bioinformatics workflows for analyzing snRNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics, with a focus on developing reproducible and scalable computational workflows. It will highlight key challenges in quality control, cell type annotation, automation and data integration.
