Towards an analysis of low input RNAseq data on the human and mouse T cell transcriptome. Joint work with Luke Gandolfo.
Terry SpeedWEHI Bioinformatics
The analysis of low input RNAseq data on T cells can be challenging. This talk will revolve around the DE analysis of part of a typical low input dataset. I will highlight the challenges and suggest a way ahead, one familiar in other application areas, but to my knowledge, not one that has so far been used with RNAseq analyses. If this way succeeds, the approach could be helpful for pseudo-bulk analyses of scRNAseq datasets, and perhaps even directly on scRNAseq data.
