Testing between Curves

Using a permutation test, this program examines the possibility of a significant difference between two curves. The curves represent the average of some sort of measurement, over a collection of time points.

On this page, you can enter the data by cutting and pasting from elsewhere on your desktop.
On the next page, you will need to enter appropriate parameters, in order to carry out the test.
On the last page, a graph of the curves will be shown, along with the results of the test.

On the help page, the procedure is described with an appropriate example.

Enter the data:

Choose one of two options:
Each row contains a new individual from one of the two groups and each column contains a different time point.
Each row gives a new time point and each column gives a new individual.

Column's are separated by a tab , space , comma , or any whitespace
The whitespace option means, that any number of spaces and tabs will be allowed between columns.
