This is an Excel spreadsheet which contains macros. To run it, you will have to enable macros in your copy of Excel. Description: This spreadsheet takes Allegro haplotype, marker and LOD score output files and combines the information into one spreadsheet, showing each inferred haplotype in a different colour.
