Description: This program takes a list of markers (the example files are the 5 cM ABI
markers) and map distances and compares these to 4 other maps,
generating a map table with discrepancies between the maps highlighted.
The program is useful as a check for the order and distances of a map of markers (including fine mapping) by looking for a consensus order and distance. Author: Melanie Bahlo August 2002 Downloads
