This is a Perl script. To run it you require the installation of Perl or MacPerl . Perl is usually already installed on unix platforms. Both Perl and MacPerl are freeware.

Description: This Perl script takes AGRF genotyping output files and a traits file and changes it to mapmaker input format. Also performs useful error checks. This format is also an input option for the R package QTL . For further details on this input format, including information regarding the map distance file consult these web pages.
