WEHI Bioinformatics Mouse Mapping
Welcome to WEHI bioinformatics! This web interface is designed to convert raw
genotyping information into a suitable format for R/QTL analysis. Currently there
are 3 formats accepted for conversion :
- Australian Genome Research Facility (AGRF) format
- Hilton format
- Embryonic Lethal (EL) format.
Example layouts of each of these formats can be found here.
On this page you will simply be asked to choose the current format of your data,
and subsequent information will be requested later.
