Welcome announcement

Welcome to the Australasian GeneMappers 2005 conference incorporating the Australian Twin Registry Conference. This conference is the 5th in a series of conferences on the genetics of common, complex disorders. We will discuss the traditional topics of linkage and association, technological developments, and statistical approaches. This year's GeneMappers conference will focus on modern approaches to linkage and association mapping with a mix of methodological, technological and applied talks in the field of gene mapping, hopefully providing something for everyone!
