Research Activities:

Suzanne has a background in Pathology, completing her Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree at Peter MacCallum Cancer Institute. She has since completed a Graduate Diploma in Computing.

Suzanne is currently working in the area of comparative genomics, in data analysis and software development - with species such as the elephant and armadillo, amongst others.

  • ParaCountStudio
    A Java program that counts malaria-infected red blood cells on a JPG image and calculates the percent positively stained for parasitaemia. Version 3.1.0 can be found here.
