Research Activities:Jeremy arrived at the WEHI in June 2004, under the auspices of the Undergraduate Research Opportunities scheme (UROP). He spent most of his time as a UROP student mapping disease genes through linkage analysis. He participated in gene-mapping projects for rare, heritable forms of muscular distrophy, deafness and epilepsy.
At the end of 2006, Jeremy completed a BA/BSc at the University of Melbourne. He is currently doing Honours. The project component of this honours year is a collaboration between WEHI's Bioinformatics Division and the University's Department of Mathematics and Statistics. |
