Research Activities:

Matt is currently enrolled as a PhD student at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research. His thesis looks at the low-level analysis issues of data quality and background correction for two-colour microarray data, and is supervised by Gordon Smyth and Terry Speed.

Matt graduated from Central Queensland University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Mathematical Science (Honours). His honours thesis was on Nonlinear growth modelling using Markov Chain Monte Carlo method.
