Research Activities:

Kaighin started at WEHI in mid-2006 as part of the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program (UROP). Under the supervision of Tony Papenfuss, he took part in characterizing the immunome of the grey short-tailed opossum (Monodelphis domestica). He is now working on several projects in sequence analysis and comparative genomics, while completing a BE(Environmental)/BSc(Applied Maths) at the University of Melbourne.
