NaTime and division dependent gene expression during B-cell division

B cells play a critical role in the adaptive immune system. Some changes within their differentiation path are regulated by division ; others by time ; and some by their combination. We use RNA-seq to find a statistical evaluation quantifying the effect of these two variables. The early analysis confirms that many gene changes are indeed unaffected by division.
