NaGRIDSS - the Genomic Rearrangement IDentification Software Suite

The identification of genomic rearrangements with high sensitivity and specificity using massively parallel sequencing remains a major challenge. To address this ; we have developed the Genomic Rearrangement IDentification Software Suite (GRIDSS). In this talk ; I provide an overview of the design and novel features of GRIDSS ; detail the enhancements and new capabilities introduced over the last year ; and present the results from a comprehensive benchmarking of GRIDSS as well as 12 other structural variant callers.;Visit the biography of the speaker;;;
