GRIDSS - the Genomic Rearrangement IDentification Software SuiteDaniel Cameron
The identification of genomic rearrangements with high sensitivity and specificity using massively parallel sequencing remains a major challenge. To address this, we have developed the Genomic Rearrangement IDentification Software Suite (GRIDSS). In this talk, I provide an overview of the design and novel features of GRIDSS, detail the enhancements and new capabilities introduced over the last year, and present the results from a comprehensive benchmarking of GRIDSS as well as 12 other structural variant callers.
