We are involved in a variety of collaborative projects of a biostatistical nature with biomedical scientists at the WEHI and elsewhere in Australia.

• Comparison of malaria infection growth curves.
• Design and analysis of experiments using flashplate data.

Software

• StatMod Library for R. A library of functions for R including comparison of growth curves and analysis of randomized block experiments.
